BIOGRAPHY
Alejandra Santos is a serial entrepreneur, Chief Value Officer, podcast host, strategist, and advisor who has spent more than sixteen years helping businesses grow leaner, scale smarter, and prepare for exit. After leading finance and operations for high-growth e-commerce, CPG, services and SaaS brands, spearheaded M&A of brands like Vegamour, she launched Into the Next, her consulting practice, where she partners with owners to increase profitability and enterprise value. She also founded The Educated CEO, a platform to equip entrepreneurs with practical business education and community, and hosts the Scale to Exit podcast, where she spotlights the strategies and stories behind scaling and selling. Her work is grounded in the belief that every business owner deserves to build not just a business, but a transferable asset and a lasting legacy.
